1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Rapid Mobility website, including research and corporate pages (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

Rapid Mobility is a student-led mobility research and planning organization. The Site is provided for:

• Informational purposes

• Research publication

• Public communication and engagement

Rapid Mobility does not currently operate public transportation services, sell tickets, or provide operational mobility services.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site

• Misrepresent Rapid Mobility or its work

• Use the Site or its content for unlawful or harmful purposes

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission, except as permitted by law

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, research, designs, graphics, logos, and written materials, is the property of Rapid Mobility unless otherwise stated.

You may view and reference content for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written permission from Rapid Mobility.

5. Third-Party Services

The Site is hosted using third-party services, including Google Sites (sites.google.com). Rapid Mobility does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party platforms.

Use of such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

6. No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Rapid Mobility makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy

• Completeness

• Reliability

• Availability

Content may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Mobility shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of or reliance on the Site

• Inability to access the Site

• Errors or omissions in content

Use of the Site is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by Rapid Mobility’s Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with:

• The laws of the Province of British Columbia

• The laws of Canada, as applicable

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of British Columbia, Canada.

10. Organizational Status

Rapid Mobility does not currently maintain a public physical office or mailing address. Communications are conducted electronically.

11. Changes to These Terms

Rapid Mobility reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
